Elijah is a long time athlete, playing Basketball at Tennessee Tech, and being a multi time CrossFit Games athlete. He also has recognized how sport and the community surrounding it has positively impacted his life. Episode #122: Austin Malleolo
Austin has worn nearly every hat possible within the CrossFit space, from Games athlete, to gym owner, Seminar Staff, and more. Now he is the Director of US Gym Operations for CrossFit. His main focus within this role is to help affiliates in anyway possible...the most notable first effort being the release of the anticipated Affiliate Playbook, which is filled with best practices and strategic advice from some of the top affiliate in the world.

Episode #121: John Welbourn
John Welbourn is CEO of Power Athlete, as well as the creator of the online training platform, Johnnie WOD. He is a 9 year veteran of the NFL and was a starter for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1999-2003, the Kansas City Chiefs from 2004-2007, and appeared in 3 NFC Championship games. After retiring from the NFL, John got involved with CrossFit and eventually developed the CrossFit Football program. John has worked with the MLB, NFL, NHL, Olympic athletes as well as the Military, and he currently travels the world lecturing on performance and nutrition for Power Athlete.
