I'm not a fitness influencer. I don't have a massive YouTube channel. I'm not hunting for likes. I'm just a guy who's spent 40 years living for the outdoors.
I've lived on both coasts — explored, hunted, packrafted, and hiked more backcountry miles than I can count. Somewhere in there I spent 14 years as a firearms instructor with the U.S. Coast Guard and built nearly two decades of coaching experience in strength and conditioning — working with tactical athletes, CrossFit Games competitors, and everyday hunters who were tired of being the reason they came home empty-handed.
That combination doesn't exist anywhere else.
I believe you can only coach what you've experienced firsthand. I've been gassed at elevation, felt undertrained, and stood on a mountain knowing I wasn't ready. I want to share that experience so you never have to feel that.
