With over 14 years of military experience as a firearms instructor in the U.S. Coast Guard and 17 years of coaching under his belt, Ryan brings a unique blend of performance training, lifestyle coaching, and real-world outdoor experience—hunting, packrafting, and mountain biking through the backcountry of Idaho.

From coaching CrossFit Games athletes to “everyday Joes”—and everyone in between—Ryan’s approach goes far beyond the walls of a gym. His coaching is built to get you where you want to go in the backcountry.
