George left his military career behind to become the Head Coach at SOFlete HQ, where he prepares candidates for Special Forces Assessment and Selection. Today, George’s focus is on the tactical athlete, a unique breed who can excel simultaneously in both strength and endurance activities.

Dave Lipson is an accomplished coach, athlete, writer and founder of Thundrbro. He is a former professional baseball player, CrossFit athlete with multiple appearances as an individual at the CrossFit Games, and NPC Nationally qualified bodybuilder in heavyweight bodybuilding, classic physique and physique. He has won overalls of shows in all mens categories. Dave is an accomplished educator specializing in exercise physiology. He has written 4 books on the science of muscle hypertrophy and the training/nutrition protocols for blending aesthetics with elite human performance. His specialties include strategies for muscle and strength gain as well as cutting body fat and recomposition.

Her research includes studying survival in extreme environments, under sleep deprivation and stress, and why some individuals are resilient and others vulnerable under such conditions. Episode #116: Kegan Dillon
Kegan Dillon is an experienced strength athlete and coach who grew up playing baseball and basketball, and has competed in a variety of strength sports including highland games, CrossFit, and powerlifting. Kegan has worked with and learned from some of the best and most respected coaches in the sport. His most recent lifting accomplishments are a 500 pound bench press (2016), 3hr 7min 100k Bike Erg (4th in the world), 1000 cal air assault bike in just over 53 minutes.
