Today, Tommy interviews the captain of the Crossfit Games CrossFit Milford Team Conquer, Tony Facchini! You'll quickly learn that Tony is one of the hardest workers out there. He never found an excuse to miss the gym, even if it meant training at 1 am. We'll also discuss his background in sports and how stepping away from college football was a blessing in disguise.
