Kegan Dillon is an experienced strength athlete and coach who grew up playing baseball and basketball, and has competed in a variety of strength sports including highland games, CrossFit, and powerlifting. Kegan has worked with and learned from some of the best and most respected coaches in the sport. His most recent lifting accomplishments are a 500 pound bench press (2016), 3hr 7min 100k Bike Erg (4th in the world), 1000 cal air assault bike in just over 53 minutes.
